Directing four major design-and-build infrastructure projects at NEOM — Saudi Arabia's $500B giga-development. Works directly with international consultants Bechtel and AECOM on water storage reservoirs, STPs, and transmission pipelines. Responsible for full project delivery including planning, cost control, procurement, HSE, and executive reporting.
Managed the fourth-largest sewage treatment plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (165,000 m³/day capacity) and the entire Buraidah city sewerage network spanning 3,000+ km with 12 pumping stations. Led a team of 200 personnel across operators, technicians, engineers, and technical office staff.
Led the complete construction and operation of a 250 km FTTH (Fiber to the Home) fiber optic cable deployment project for Pakistan Telecommunication Corporation Ltd (PTCL) in the Lahore telecom region. Managed 150 personnel through full lifecycle from laying 12–96 fiber cables to testing, commissioning, and activation of consumer facilities.
Managed all regional operations covering 5 water purification plants, 1 sewage treatment plant, and full city-wide water and sewerage networks under NWC (formerly Ministry of Water & Environment) contracts. Upgraded plant laboratory for quality operations and pioneered the first Gamma-ray testing for heavy metals in Buraidah WTP. Oversaw 450 personnel.
Managed O&M of Buraidah Water Purification Plant (150,000 m³/day) under NWC contracts for 7.5 years. Responsible for all plant operations, quality, preventive and corrective maintenance plans, emergency shutdown protocols, budgeting, and HSE plans. Led 150 personnel.
Managed O&M of Buraidah Water Purification Plant (96,000 m³/day), responsible for operational productivity, procurement, preventive and corrective maintenance, and emergency planning. Managed 120 personnel.
Led the full electrical and instrumentation department for the 96,000 m³/day water purification plant. Responsible for maintenance and upgrading of all electrical equipment including motors, transformers, standby powerhouse, MCC, and specialist instruments (ABB, Siemens, Endress+Hauser).
